Become 10% Happier by Learning to Meditate:
Join a new series of Mindfulness Training Sessions - based upon the teachings of ABC reporter, Dan Harris and founder of the app, “10% Happier.” This series will be held on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:15pm. They are led by member, Peter Feinmann of Feinmann, Inc. and held via Zoom.
Whether you have taken part in prior sessions or this is your first time, we invite you to join us! Drop-in for any, or all of the sessions. They will include presentations on meditation practices plus including talks on compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and mindful communications. Sessions are welcoming for everyone and are joined by a wonderful group of industry members.
