Announcing NEW Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation for PRO New England Members
Announcing a new Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation group beginning October 18, 2021. Six sessions on Mondays from 5-6:15 pm, 10/18; 10/25; 11/1; 11/8; 11/15 and 11/22. These sessions are free and held via Zoom. Registration is required. Mindfulness meditation training can help you manage your professional life!
