Women in Residential Remodeling Conversation  – May Monthly Discussion Forum 

All PRO NE women, please join the WiRR group for our monthly ZOOM conversation on Thursday, May 11 at 4 pm. This month, we will use a real-time experience—let’s discuss the PRO Awards (prior evening) and the representation of women at the event. Topics may include percentage of women in attendance as it relates to the entire group, category entries by women-owned businesses, awards won by females, make-up of organizing committee, profiles of judges, perception of bias, etc. Whether you are able to attend the PRO Awards or not, let’s discuss these kinds of experiences in general. What has changed? What hasn’t? What do we want these programs to be? What do we need to learn? It promises to be a dynamic dialogue!

WiRR Zoom Conversations take place the second Thursday of each month. Join us as we connect, share experiences, and offer insights. Each session features a mix of planned discussion topics and open forum. Anyone who is a part of PRO New England member companies at all levels of experience in the remodeling and construction industry are invited and encouraged to attend.
