True, there are some basics when it comes to “good” negotiating” (tools and tricks)-- Karen will offer impactful insights to help increase everyone’s personal abilities in this area. But, also true, there is no one right way. Different types of effective negotiators do exist. This workshop is a chance to gain an understanding of your own style, a way to evaluate who you might be up against on the other side of that negotiation table, and how to work towards a common goal.
