Women in Residential Remodeling Conversation  – March Monthly Discussion Forum

March is National Women in History Month, which kicks off with Women In Construction Week. What a perfect time to reflect on the women who have inspired and motivated us in the design/build industry. We would like to use our monthly call as an opportunity to share stories about the female pioneers who showed us how to be gritty, be motivated, and stay true to our essence as talented professionals in a demanding work environment. We would also like to talk about how we can reach down and pull up new people who are joining our corps and will benefit from a supportive community. In addition, we are thinking about topics for the remainder of 2025 and wondering about issues and concerns that may offer the potential for a dynamic dialogue during a future call.

WiRR Zoom Conversations take place the second Thursday of each month. Join us as we connect, share experiences, and offer insights. Each session features a mix of planned discussion topics and open forum. All women who are a part of PRO New England member companies at all levels of experience in the remodeling and construction industry are invited and encouraged to attend.
