Please join us for our monthly WiRR (Women in Residential Remodeling) ZOOM call on Thursday, December 11 at 4 pm. We plan to dig into some of the themes that were discussed at the recent WiRR Summit, with a focus on the importance of representation. We would like to learn about your early role models. Were there any? Did you envision your current job as a possibility? Do you feel like a trail blazer? If so, what are the hurdles you have faced? Can this community to a better job supporting females in the field? How can we be visible in ways that can help shape a young girl’s future?

WiRR Zoom Conversations take place the second Thursday of each month. Join us as we connect, share experiences, and offer insights. Each session features a mix of planned discussion topics and open forum. All women who are a part of PRO New England member companies at all levels of experience in the remodeling and construction industry are invited and encouraged to attend.
