2026 Economic Forecast for the Remodeling Industry 

Each year, PRO's partners at the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies Remodeling Futures program share the outlook for the coming twelve months before the report is published. 

Our keynote speaker is Rachel Bogardus Drew, Director of the Remodeling Futures Program. Dr. Drew leadis the Center’s work on the adaptation and preservation of existing housing. Dr. Drew has more than two decades of experience in housing research across the public, private, and academic sectors. She has deep expertise in a wide range of housing-related issues including housing affordability, demographic trends, the aging housing stock, and strategies for post-disaster housing market resilience and recovery.
